I'm based in Fairfield, Iowa. When you hire me, you get me. I'm on every call and I do the work myself. There's no account manager and no handoff to someone you've never met.
A lot of what I take on starts as a mess: books that don't add up, a website nobody finds or the same job eating hours every week. I work out what's really causing it, then build the fix. You end up with something that works and that you understand.

Got a two-person manufacturer approved on Amazon after two rejections that named no cause, and found a pricing change worth about $8 a unit.
Year-End Books From Raw Statements
Rebuilt a full year of books from bank and credit card statements: 2,246 transactions, balanced to the penny and finished ahead of the deadline.
Deal-Matching System
Replaced a 16-tab spreadsheet with a database, a web app and a matching engine. The engine found all 31 matches a partner had picked by hand.

What does Cherry Pi AI actually do?
I offer marketing, bookkeeping and custom AI tools for small businesses. Marketing and website work brings in customers. Bookkeeping keeps your records organized and ready for whoever does your taxes. The AI tools take over the repetitive jobs your team does every week. In every case, I figure out the fix and build it myself.
Who am I working with?
Me, Andrew Voskov. I'm on every call and I do every job myself.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small businesses with real work going on and a problem that won't fix itself. So far that's included a law firm, a mergers and acquisitions firm, a small manufacturer, a personal trainer and a real estate company.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. I don't lock clients into long-term contracts. We agree on one project at a time, or on ongoing work if that suits you better.

How long before I see results?
Small fixes and cleanups usually show in the first week or two. Custom tools range from five days for a set of court exhibits to a few months for a full deal-matching system. Bookkeeping has a clear finish line, like books ready for your accountant before a deadline. Search rankings take longest, often a few months, so I show you the numbers as they move.
