Privacy Policy

Cherry Pi AI is a consulting business owned by Secure Solutions LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We've kept it short and plain because we think that's more useful than 10 pages of legal boilerplate.

What I collect

When you fill out the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. That's it. I don't run ad trackers, I don't use cookies beyond what your browser handles by default, and I don't have an account system.

How I use it

Your contact form submission goes directly to my email inbox. I use it to reply to you. I don't add you to any mailing list, I don't pass your information to third parties, and I don't use it for advertising.

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of external services:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, general location). No personally identifiable information is collected. Google may use this data per their own policies. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — loads typefaces from Google's servers. Google may log the request. See Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — an invisible spam check on the contact form. Cloudflare processes the verification request. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are stored in my email inbox for as long as I need them to manage our conversation. I don't maintain a separate database of contacts.

Your rights

If you've contacted us and want your information deleted, use the contact form and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't notify you unless the change directly affects data you've already shared with us.
